File types for custom logo/artwork/handwriting engraving.
Simple file types like JPG, BMP, PNG, PDF are perfectly fine.

Upload the image by clicking the Choose File button included on the item's page. If you don't see a Choose File button on that item's page, that item is not designated for custom logos/artwork/handwriting engraving.
How to order multiple products with slight variations in the same order?
Example: You want to order 4 keychains with the same quote engraved on the front, but individual names (1 per keychain) on the back. Here's how to note that with your order:

Production Time + Shipping

If ordered today, when will it ship?
Production Time on Custom/Personalized products is about 3 - 5 Business Days prior to shipping
Will I receive my order by {date} or {Christmas}?
All packages are shipped within the promised processing time. However, we have no control over the USPS processing once a package is shipped. This is why delivery dates are NEVER guaranteed.
I am a "one woman" shop. I work very hard to get all orders out as quickly as possible. 2-3 Day Priority Mail & 1-2 Day Priority Express Upgrades are available at checkout. However, Upgrading your shipping does not mean your order will leave my shop any faster.
Can I upgrade my shipping to get it faster?
Yes, Shipping Upgrades are available at checkout. However, shipping upgrades do not affect production time. Shipping upgrades only apply to the time it takes for the product to travel from our shop to you.
Regardless of shipping method, Delivery Dates are NEVER Guaranteed
How much is shipping?
Shipping fees are calculated based on the total weight of the items purchased, the delivery destination, and the shipping method selected.

I put the wrong shipping address on my order.
Lora Douglas Jewelry will only ship to the address included with the order. If, after purchase is made, you wish to change the shipping address, the order on file will need to be cancelled (and fully refunded) and a new ordered placed with the corrected shipping information. Contact Us for help with this!
As the sender, do you have more tracking info than me?
We are not given any additional information about tracking or delivery, nor any explanation as to why a particular shipment may be moving faster or slower than expected. I wish we had more insight into the USPS and how they work but, unfortunately, once the package leaves the shop we’re at the mercy of the USPS.
My order should have arrived by now, what do I do?
All packages are shipped within the promised processing time. The seller has no control over the USPS processing once a package is shipped. And we are not given any additional information about tracking or delivery, nor any explanation as to why a particular shipment may be moving slower than expected.

3 business days after estimated delivery date has passed: Contact Us so we can help you add tracking alerts to your shipment

After 10 business days: A Missing Mail Search can be filed in hopes that USPS will be able to locate your item.

After 21 business days (Priority Mail Only): An Insurance Claim can be filed for reimbursement.

Refunds and/or Replacement items are NOT issued for shipments that have exceeded the estimated delivery date or arrive late as a result of the postal carrier.

Refunds or replacements may be issued for non-delivery once all options to locate the package within the USPS and the USPS Help Desk have been exhausted.
My order was returned to your shop/sender.
Items returned to the seller because of incorrect or insufficient address supplied will be re-shipped at the customer's expense. A notice of return will be sent to your email upon receipt of the returned item along with instructions on submitting payment for the additional postage.
Tracking says "Delivered" but I don't have it. What do I do?
Once a package is marked as "delivered" the USPS views the package as the private property of the recipient. This means the USPS will not provide me (the sender) any additional information about tracking or delivery scans as it has been deemed your (the customer's) private property. This, unfortunately, puts the burden to request information on you, the customer. Visiting your local Post Office and speaking directly with a local Customer Service Rep is the most effective way to get information. Make sure to have your tracking number on hand.

Here are possible reasons and steps for you to research the missing package:

1. 99% of the time the package was delivered to the wrong address, perhaps a nearby neighbor. Please check with neighbors, your postal carrier and/or call your post office and inquire (see contact info below).

2. MOST EFFECTIVE: Request the GPS coordinates of where the package was delivered from your local post office. The delivery driver's scanners have that information. So if for some reason it was left with the neighbor it can be tracked down.

3. Sometimes another household member received the package and placed it somewhere within the residence.

4. The package is still on the truck or at the Post Office. The USPS is competing with Amazon, UPS, FedEx, etc. It's been rumored that they have been scanning packages early to show better delivery stats. (This scenario has actually happened to me many times. A few days after the tracking showed “delivered” my package showed up.)
International Customers: Import duties, VAT, fees, and taxes
Import duties, VAT, fees, and taxes can be incurred when importing goods into your country by a commercial entity. Every country has it's own rules and regulation regarding calculation of these fees and taxes. The import duties, fees, and taxes maybe calculated on the total value of the item(s) purchased, and some countries may or may not include the cost of shipping in that calculation. INTERNATIONAL BUYERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY AND ALL DUTIES, CUSTOMS CHARGES, FEES, VAT, AND TAXES THAT MAY BE INCURRED. IMPORT FEES AND TAXES ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THE PURCHASE PRICE OF YOUR ORDER. International packages can take 10-45 days to clear customs prior to delivery.
