Return Policy

Returns are handled on an individual basis. Please contact me within 3 days of delivery if you are interested in returning your jewelry.

PERSONALIZED OR CUSTOM ORDERS MAY NOT BE RETURNED.
This includes ANY personalized engraved jewelry, concert ticket cuffs, braille, medical ID tags, etc.

If an item arrives damaged you must contact me within 2 days of items arrival. All damage must be photographed and documented, including the packaging. No refund will be issued without photo evidence.

Refunds and exchanges are issued upon receipt of the product in NEW condition. Care must be taken that the item is not damaged during return shipping. Items that are damaged during return shipping due to inadequate packaging will not be refunded.

Shipping fees are not refunded. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping fees.
