Shipping Options and Upgrades:
Shipping upgrades do not affect production time. Shipping upgrades only apply to the time it takes for the product to travel from our shop to you.

- 6-10 Day Priority Mail International
- 3-5 Day Priority Express International
- Lora Douglas Jewelry no longer offers 1st Class International as a shipping option.
International shipping rates are based on speed of service, not item's weight.
Import duties, VAT, fees, and taxes can be incurred when importing goods into your country by a commercial entity.
Every country has it's own rules and regulation regarding calculation of these fees and taxes. The import duties, fees, and taxes maybe calculated on the total value of the item(s) purchased, and some countries may or may not include the cost of shipping in that calculation.
INTERNATIONAL BUYERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY AND ALL DUTIES, CUSTOMS CHARGES, FEES, VAT, AND TAXES THAT MAY BE INCURRED.
IMPORT FEES AND TAXES ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THE PURCHASE PRICE OF YOUR ORDER.
International packages can take 10-45 days to clear customs prior to delivery.

Incorrect Shipping Address:
Lora Douglas Jewelry will only ship to the address included with the order. If, after purchase is made, you wish to change the shipping address, the order on file will need to be cancelled (& fully refunded) and a new ordered placed with the corrected shipping information.
Items returned to the seller because of incorrect or insufficient address supplied will be re-shipped at the customer's expense. A notice of return will be sent to the buyer upon receipt of the returned item along with instructions on submitting payment for the additional postage.
Items are packaged and shipped in padded envelopes to ensure they get to you in perfect condition.
It's the buyer's responsibility to provide a safe place to receive mail. Suspected mail theft should be reported to the buyer's local post office. Once an item has been marked as DELIVERED by the carrier, the seller is not responsible should that item go missing. I am happy to provide any information needed for police or mail theft reporting.
Items returned because of incorrect address supplied, will be resent at the customer's expense.
