The bookmark I ordered was engraved correctly and was delivered expeditiously. Quality is good. It was a little thicker than I expected, but considering the processing it had to go through, it needs to be that thick. It won't easily bend in use. I would like to have been able to order it with a cross bangle instead of the tassel, but I was able to take care of that myself.

Excellent and very responsive customer service- They deserve an A+! The quality of the bookmark is great. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because I was disappointed in the size of the font. It's much bigger than I expected and looks too big for the size of the bookmark. It would have been nice if there were a way to see the way it would look before ordering.
I bought these for my grandchildren who recently got baptized. I wanted something that would show their date of baptism. I like the bookmarks a lot but I was expecting them to be a little shinier silver. All in all I’m pleased. They are very sturdy.
