Quality of the product as well as customer service were excellent.
The bookmark I ordered was engraved correctly and was delivered expeditiously. Quality is good. It was a little thicker than I expected, but considering the processing it had to go through, it needs to be that thick. It won't easily bend in use. I would like to have been able to order it with a cross bangle instead of the tassel, but I was able to take care of that myself.
Personalized bookmark is perfect for my Grandson's new Bible purchased for his upcoming First Holy Communion…the words were arranged perfectly…

Excellent and very responsive customer service- They deserve an A+! The quality of the bookmark is great.
The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because I was disappointed in the size of the font. It's much bigger than I expected and looks too big for the size of the bookmark. It would have been nice if there were a way to see the way it would look before ordering.
